Jacques Nicolet

Jacques Nicolet is a Swiss farmer and politician serving as a member of the National Council of Switzerland since 2015. Prior to his federal mandate, he was a member of the Grand Council of Vaud from 2008 to 2015, where he served as its president between 2014 and 2015. Known for his conservative political views, he notably endorsed Marine Le Pen during the 2017 French presidential election. He continues to represent the canton of Vaud in the Swiss federal legislature.
