Jacob James Fitisemanu Jr. is an American public health professional and politician serving as a member of the Utah House of Representatives for the 30th district since 2025. A community advocate with over 15 years of experience in clinical administration and public health, he previously served on the West Valley City Council and was appointed to the President's Advisory Commission on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Fitisemanu is recognized as one of the first Samoan Americans elected to the Utah State Legislature and holds the traditional Samoan chiefly title of Laufou.
