James Naish

James Naish is a British Labour Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Rushcliffe since 2024, becoming the first Labour representative for the constituency since 1966. Before entering national politics, he worked in the energy sector and served as the Leader of Bassetlaw District Council. In Parliament, Naish is a member of the International Development Committee and has been an active advocate for fusion energy research, closer ties with the European Union, and the rights of Hongkongers in the UK.
