Jan Nadrchal is a Czech politician and software developer who has served as the Mayor of Pardubice since October 2022. A member of the ANO movement, he previously held the position of Deputy Mayor for development and strategy from 2020 to 2022. Before entering full-time politics, Nadrchal worked in IT roles for the Pardubice Region Fire Rescue Service and as a software developer for private firms. He holds a degree in computer support for archival science from the University of Hradec Králové.
