Jane Dodds is a Welsh politician who has served as the Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats since 2017. She was elected as a Member of the Senedd for the Mid and West Wales region in 2021 and subsequently for the Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd constituency in 2026. Previously, she served briefly as the Member of Parliament for Brecon and Radnorshire in 2019. Before entering politics, Dodds worked for 27 years as a social worker, including roles with the Salvation Army and the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service.
