Janina Pfau is a German politician currently serving as a Member of the Landtag of Saxony. Born in 1983 in Plauen, she holds a Master of Arts degree in political science. Pfau previously served in the Landtag from 2014 to 2019 as a member of The Left party, before transitioning to the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) in 2024. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she serves on the municipal council of Neuensalz and the local council of Mechelgrün. Since January 2026, she has held the position of deputy chair of her parliamentary group.
