Jarvis Caldwell is an American politician serving as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives for District 20. Born in Florida and raised in Kentucky, he served ten years in the United States Air Force as an aircraft technician and later as a paralegal in the JAG Corps. Following his military service, he worked as a legislative aide and communications director for Colorado House Republicans. In September 2025, he was elected to serve as the Minority Leader of the Colorado House of Representatives.
