Jas Jeet Singh, commonly known as JJ Singh, is an American politician serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates for the 26th district. Elected in a special election in January 2025, he holds the distinction of being the first Sikh member in the history of the House of Delegates. Prior to his legislative career, Singh served in the Peace Corps in Bolivia, worked in the Obama administration at the White House Office of Management and Budget, and served as an economic policy advisor for U.S. Senator Chris Coons. He is currently the President of Retreat Hotels and Resorts and remains active in local economic development and Democratic committee leadership in Loudoun County.
