Jay Webber is an American lawyer and Republican politician who has served as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly since 2008, representing the 26th legislative district. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Law School, Webber previously worked as a staffer for Congressman William J. Martini and at the Manhattan Institute. He served as the chairman of the New Jersey Republican State Committee from 2009 to 2011 and was the Republican nominee for New Jersey's 11th congressional district in 2018. Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on fiscal policy and party accountability.
