Jean Ernest Ngallé Bibéhè is a Cameroonian politician and chartered accountant currently serving as the Minister of Transport. Born in Yaoundé in 1962, he pursued his academic studies in France, earning degrees in economics and finance. Before his ministerial career, he held various executive roles in the private sector, including leadership positions at the Société camerounaise de transport urbain (Socatur). He previously served as the Minister of Secondary Education from 2015 to 2018. A member of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement, he has been active in regional party commissions and holds the distinction of Commander of the National Order of Valour.
