Jean-Patrick Courtois is a French politician who has served as the Mayor of Mâcon since 2001. A member of The Republicans, he previously served as a Senator for Saône-et-Loire from 1995 to 2015 and held various local government roles, including Mayor of Dompierre-les-Ormes. In addition to his mayoral duties, he has presided over the Mâconnais Beaujolais Agglomération since 2017. He was appointed a Knight of the Legion of Honour in 2022 for his long-standing commitment to public service.
