Jean-Pierre Lihau is a Congolese politician currently serving as the Minister of Public Service, Modernization of Administration and Public Service Innovation in the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Born in Kinshasa, he holds degrees in public law and political science. Before his ministerial appointment in 2021, he served as a senior legal advisor and chief of staff to the President of the National Assembly. Elected as a national deputy for Bumba in 2018, he later became a key figure in the Sacred Union of the Nation coalition.
