Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner is a Congolese politician and diplomat serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Francophonie of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since June 2024. Born in Kinshasa in 1983, she holds a Master of Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. Before her political appointment, she built an extensive career in humanitarian aid and international peacekeeping, working with Oxfam, the United Nations, and Meta. As Minister, she has focused on regional security, notably advocating for the resolution of the conflict with the M23 rebel group and overseeing the 2025 peace agreement with Rwanda.
