Judith Suminwa Tuluka is a Congolese politician who has served as the Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo since June 2024, becoming the first woman in the country's history to hold the position. Before her appointment by President Félix Tshisekedi, she served as the Minister of Planning in the Lukonde II government. Her professional background includes extensive work in the banking sector and with United Nations agencies, including the UNDP, as well as serving as the deputy coordinator of the Presidential Strategic Monitoring Council. She holds degrees in accounting, applied economic sciences, and labor sciences from institutions in Brussels and Mons.
