Jeff Bridges is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Colorado Senate, representing the 26th district. A graduate of Kenyon College and Harvard Divinity School, he previously worked for U.S. Senator Ken Salazar and served as an associate vice president at Union Theological Seminary. Bridges was first elected to the Colorado House of Representatives in 2016 before moving to the State Senate in 2019. He has held leadership roles including chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee and the Joint Budget Committee. In 2025, he announced his candidacy for Colorado State Treasurer.
