Jeff Dwyer is a Canadian politician serving as a Member of the House of Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador. He represents the electoral district of Placentia West-Bellevue and is a member of the Progressive Conservative Party. First elected in the 2019 provincial election, he was subsequently re-elected in 2021 and again in the 2025 provincial general election. Prior to his legislative career, Dwyer served as the Bowater House president at the Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2000.
