Jefferson Shreve

Jefferson Shreve is an American politician and businessman currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Indiana's 6th congressional district, a position he has held since 2025. Before his election to Congress, he served on the Indianapolis City-County Council and was a candidate for mayor of Indianapolis in 2023. A successful entrepreneur, he founded the storage company Storage Express. Shreve identifies as a moderate Republican and has previously advocated for specific gun control measures, including raising the legal age for firearm purchases.
