Jeffrey Hulum III is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives for the 119th district, representing parts of Gulfport. A veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served for 22 years, Hulum transitioned into community leadership by founding organizations focused on food security before entering politics. He was elected to the state legislature in a 2022 special election and currently serves as Vice-Chair for the Marine Resources Committee. Hulum is also the Democratic nominee for Mississippi's 4th congressional district in the 2026 election.
