Jeffrie Long Jr.

Jeffrie Long Jr. is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 27B since 2023. A pastor at Communion Church in Huntingtown, Maryland, he previously worked as a legislative aide to several state senators. Long, who identifies as a fiscal conservative, campaigned on issues including school safety, transportation infrastructure, and support for retirees. He made history as one of the first Gen-Z members of the Maryland General Assembly and has been active in legislative efforts to investigate historical conditions at state institutions.
