Jennifer R. Terrasa

Jennifer R. Terrasa is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for the 13th district since 2019. Previously, she served on the Howard County Council from 2006 to 2018. A lawyer by training, she has focused her legislative career on environmental accountability, affordable housing, and healthcare reform, including support for universal health care. She has also been a vocal advocate for public campaign financing and independent redistricting. In 2025, she announced her candidacy for clerk of the Howard County Circuit Court.
