Jennifer White Holland

Jennifer White Holland is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 10 in Baltimore County. Sworn into office in 2023, she serves on the House Health and Government Operations Committee and chairs its maternal, infant, and child health subcommittee. Before her legislative career, she worked as a non-profit executive and health equity partnerships manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in public health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
