Jerome Moon is an American politician serving as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for District 8, which encompasses parts of Blount County. Before his appointment to the state legislature on December 13, 2017, to fill the seat vacated by Art Swann, Moon served as the chair of the Blount County Commission.
