Jessica Toale is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Bournemouth West since 2024, becoming the first non-Conservative representative for the constituency. Before her election to Parliament, she served as a councillor for the West End on Westminster City Council from 2022 to 2024. Toale has a background in foreign affairs and international development, having worked as a political advisor and co-founded the Labour Foreign Policy Group. In the Starmer ministry, she serves as a Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. She is a proponent of lowering the voting age to 16 and has been a vocal supporter of Keir Starmer's leadership.
