Jim Abeler

Jim Abeler is an American politician and chiropractor serving as a member of the Minnesota Senate, representing District 35. He previously served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1999 to 2015. A member of the Republican Party, Abeler founded the PACT Charter School in Anoka and has been active in health policy, notably chairing the Health Policy and Finance Subcommittee. In 2022, he gained attention for his role in the legislative process that legalized THC-infused edibles in Minnesota.
