Jim Hinebaugh

Jim Hinebaugh is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 1A, representing Garrett and Allegany counties. A retired U.S. Army colonel who served for nearly three decades, he previously held the position of Director of the Garrett County Department of Economic Development and served on the Garrett County Board of Commissioners from 2014 to 2022. Hinebaugh holds degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the House Appropriations Committee and resides in Oakland, Maryland.
