Job Ndugai was a Tanzanian politician who served as the Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania from November 2015 until his resignation in January 2022. He was a member of parliament representing the Kongwa constituency from 2000 until his death, and previously held the position of Deputy Speaker from 2010 to 2015. He passed away on August 6, 2025, at the age of 62.
