Jocelyne Guidez

Jocelyne Guidez is a French politician serving as a Senator for the Essonne department since 2017. Before entering national politics, she had a career as an artist and stage designer, and served as the mayor of Saint-Chéron from 2008 to 2017. In the Senate, she has been active in health policy, notably advocating for changes in the funding of psychoanalysis in relation to neurodevelopmental disorders. She is recognized for her commitment to local governance and gender parity in political assemblies.
