Jodie Harrison is an Australian politician who has served as the Member for Charlestown in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly since 2014. Before entering state parliament, she worked in local government and for trade unions, and served as the first female Mayor of the City of Lake Macquarie from 2012 to 2016. Since 2023, she has served in the Minns ministry as the Minister for Women, Minister for Seniors, and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Her political career has focused on early childhood education, labor rights, and social welfare advocacy.
