Joe FitzPatrick is a former Scottish politician who served as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Dundee City West from 2007 to 2026. During his tenure, he held several ministerial roles, including Minister for Parliamentary Business, Minister for Public Health, Sport and Wellbeing, and Minister for Local Government Empowerment and Planning.
