Joel Carter

Joel R. Carter Jr. is an American politician and insurance representative serving as a member of the Mississippi State Senate for the 49th district since 2018. Born in Jackson, Mississippi, and educated at the University of Southern Mississippi, he has held leadership roles in the state legislature, including chairing the Senate Energy Committee.
