Johann Tschürtz

Johann Tschürtz is an Austrian politician and former police officer who currently serves as the Second President of the Landtag of Burgenland. A long-standing member of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ), he has held various leadership roles, including serving as the Deputy Governor of Burgenland from 2015 to 2020 and as the regional party chairman. Throughout his career, he has focused on security policy, including the promotion of mounted police and local security initiatives. He has been a member of the Burgenland Landtag for multiple terms, representing his party's interests in the regional parliament.
