Born in Graz in 1987, he serves as the local party chairman of the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) in Vasoldsberg and as the deputy mayor of the municipality. Additionally, he holds the position of deputy district party chairman for the FPÖ in Graz-Umgebung. Konrad assumed his mandate in the Styrian state parliament on January 21, 2025, following the appointment of other party members to the state government and the Federal Council. Professionally, he is employed in the road maintenance department of the Styrian provincial government.
