John Milne

John Laurence Milne is a British Liberal Democrat politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Horsham since 2024. Before his election to the House of Commons, he held local government positions, including serving as a member of the West Sussex County Council and the Horsham District Council, where he was deputy leader. Educated at the University of Oxford, Milne previously worked as a creative director in advertising. In Parliament, he has focused on work and pensions policy, serving on the Work and Pensions Select Committee and as an officer for the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Pensions and Growth.
