John Mulimba

John Mulimba is a Ugandan politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for Samia Bugwe constituency and as the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Co-operation. He first entered parliament in 2011, served until 2016, and reclaimed his seat in 2021. Throughout his career, he has held various committee roles, including positions on the Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE). Beyond his legislative duties, Mulimba has served on the board of the National Governmental Organization Bureau and the Busitema University Council.
