John Vander Woude

John Vander Woude is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Idaho House of Representatives, representing the 22A district. A former dairy farmer, he has held various leadership roles within the legislature, including serving as the House majority caucus leader since 2013. His legislative career began in 2006, and despite a brief hiatus after 2008, he has been consistently re-elected since 2010. Vander Woude is also noted for his family's involvement in state politics, as his daughter, Lori Den Hartog, serves in the Idaho Senate.
