Jonathan Wingard is an American politician serving as a member of the Oklahoma Senate for the 13th district since 2024. A citizen of the Choctaw Nation, he was raised on his grandparents' dairy farm and served for 19 years in the Oklahoma National Guard, including deployments to Kuwait and Afghanistan. Before entering politics, he worked in agriculture and animal husbandry, breeding red tail boas and ball pythons. He assumed office in November 2024 after defeating an incumbent in the Republican primary.
