José Carlos Meza

José Carlos Meza Pereira is a Chilean politician serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile since 2022. Born in 1989 in Melipilla, he studied law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso and became active in student politics as an opponent of university occupations. Before his election, he worked as a legislative advisor and served as the executive director of Acción Republicana. A founding member of the Republican Party in 2019, Meza is known for his conservative political stance and focus on public security and family values.
