José de Lima Massano

José de Lima Massano is an Angolan economist and politician currently serving as the Minister of State for Economic Coordination. He previously held the position of Governor of the National Bank of Angola on two separate occasions, from 2010 to 2015 and again from 2017 to 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles in the banking and energy sectors, including positions at Sonangol E.P. and Banco Africano de Investimentos. He holds a Master of Management and Audit from City University in London.
