Jose Acuzar

José Rizalino Acuzar is a Filipino businessman and government official currently serving as the Presidential Adviser for Pasig River Development. Prior to this appointment in 2025, he served as the Secretary of Human Settlements and Urban Development under the administration of President Bongbong Marcos from 2022 to 2025. A trained architect and founder of the real estate firm New San Jose Builders, Inc., he is widely recognized for his contributions to property development, including the creation of the heritage resort Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bataan.
