Jose Arturo Garcia Jr.

Jose Arturo Garcia Jr. is a Filipino politician serving as a Member of the House of Representatives for Rizal's 3rd congressional district since 2022. Prior to his election to congress, he served as the General Manager of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), where he was involved in key infrastructure and traffic management initiatives such as the EDSA Bus Carousel. He is a member of the Nationalist People's Coalition and has focused on local governance, infrastructure development, and public service.
