Jose Gambito

Jose Valeriano Gambito is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Governor of the province of Nueva Vizcaya. He assumed the governorship in May 2023 following the death of Carlos M. Padilla and was subsequently elected to a full term in the 2025 Philippine general election. Prior to his current role, Gambito served two terms as the Vice Governor of Nueva Vizcaya, first from 2004 to 2013 and again from 2022 to 2023. He is a member of the Lakas–CMD political party.
