Joshua Tarsky is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the 13th Norfolk district since 2025. Before entering state politics, Tarsky had a diverse career in education and military service, including roles as a school administrator at Holbrook Middle-High School, Mashpee Middle-High School, and Sandwich High School, as well as an English teacher. He served as a Medical Sergeant in the U.S. Army Special Forces and as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Attorney for the Massachusetts National Guard. Tarsky holds a B.A. from Yale University, an M.Ed. from Harvard University, and a J.D. from Suffolk University.
