Joy C. Springer is an American politician serving as a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives for the 34th district. She assumed office in March 2020 after winning a special election to succeed the late John W. Walker. Before entering the state legislature, Springer worked as an office manager and paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Henderson State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in elementary education and a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is also a life member of the NAACP and an active member of the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
