Joyce Mason

Joyce Mason is an American politician serving as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives for the 61st district. First elected in 2018 after defeating the incumbent, she represents communities in northern Lake County, including Gurnee and Antioch. Prior to her legislative career, Mason served as the Vice President of the Woodland Community Consolidated School District 50 Board of Education and worked as a human resources consultant. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
