Joyce Ndalichako

Joyce Lazaro Ndalichako is a Tanzanian politician and academic who currently serves as a Member of the National Assembly and as Minister of State in the Office of the Prime Minister, responsible for Policy, Parliament, Labour, Employment, Youth and the Disabled. Previously, she held the position of Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Vocational Training. Before entering politics, she had a distinguished academic career, serving as a senior lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam and as an associate professor at the Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development. She holds a PhD in educational psychology from the University of Alberta.
