Juan Carlos Orillac is a Panamanian politician and lawyer serving as the Minister of the Presidency under President José Raúl Mulino. With over 26 years of professional experience, he has also worked in the public sector as a legal advisor for the National Mortgage Bank and the National Environment Authority, alongside managing family businesses in real estate.
