Juan Carlos Pagotto

Juan Carlos Pagotto is an Argentine lawyer and politician serving as a Senator of the Nation for La Rioja since 2023, representing the La Libertad Avanza bloc. In the Senate, he chairs the Justice and Penal Affairs Committee as well as the Bicameral Permanent Committee on Legislative Procedure. Before entering national legislative politics, he built a career as a prominent criminal defense attorney in La Rioja and previously served as a provincial deputy from 1993 to 1997.
