Juan Serrano

Juan Carlos Serrano López is a Spanish politician and businessman who served as the Mayor of Portomarín from 2011 to 2021. A member of the People's Party of Galicia (PPdeG), he previously managed the fertilizer company Aviporto. In 2021, he was appointed as a senator in the Spanish Senate by the Parliament of Galicia, a position he held until May 2022. Following his time in the Senate, he was appointed as the director of the Casa de Galicia in Madrid.
