Juan Manuel Moreno is a Spanish politician currently serving as the President of the Government of Andalusia since 2019. A member of the People's Party, he made history as the first conservative leader of the region since the restoration of democracy in Spain. Throughout his career, he has served as a member of the Spanish Congress of Deputies and the Parliament of Andalusia. In 2025, he also assumed the role of First Vice President of the European Committee of the Regions. Moreno holds degrees in protocol and institutional relations, as well as business management, and has been a prominent figure in Andalusian politics for over two decades.
