Julia Coleman is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Minnesota Senate, representing Carver County since 2021. A member of the Republican Party, she previously served on the Chanhassen City Council starting in 2018. Within the state legislature, she has held the position of Assistant Minority Leader. Coleman is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and is the daughter-in-law of former U.S. Senator Norm Coleman. She resides in Waconia with her husband and three children.
